Mengatasi "hang" pada perangkat Blackberry


Apa yang harus dilakukan ketika BB handset kita tiba-tiba Hang?
e-mail tidak dapat masuk, YM tidak konek, applikasi tidak berjalan, dan sinyal GPRS/EDGE/3G hilang?.

sebelum anda menghubungi call center atau membawanya ke tempat service atau bertanya ke teman-teman anda
berikut Tips yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut:

1. Cabut batere minimal 1-2 menit. Fungsi ini sama seperti melakukan location update di handphone biasa, yang kalau di jenis tersebut bisa hanya dengan turn of / turn on lagi. Sayang nya BB harus dengan cara ini.

2. Registrasi HRT dari Options - Advanced Option - Host Registration Table - (pencel lagi tombol opsi) - Register Now Fungsi ini untuk memastikan HH anda terdaftar di network BlackBerry. Dengan telah terdaftar, maka tunnel dari HH anda ke infrastruktur BlackBerry sudah terbentuk. Tunnel link ini yang men-trigger capital GPRS/EDGE/3G.

3. Send Service Book (SB) Kalau sekira nya HH anda belum mendapatkan self registration email dari BlackBerry, maka send SB hanya bisa di lakukan via pc / desktop. Namun kalau sudah berhasil mendapatkan notifilasi self registration namuan masih lower gprs/edge/3g, maka send SB bisa di lakukan dengan masuk via email setting (browser: http://operator.blackberry.com)

Jika tidak Berhasil, ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:

WIPE Blackberry.. --> Wipe bb itu adalah hard reset nya blackberry.. tapi sebelum melakukan Wipe, back up dulu ya data2 di blackberry nya..

1. Back up data BB Connect BB ke laptop/PC via Desktop Manager (DM), kemudian pilih "back up & restore" .. pilih "back up"

2. Wipe BB Stelah data ter back up, proses Wipe BB bisa di lakukan. go to Options >> Security options >> General Settings.. tekan logo BB, kemudian pilih "WIPE Handheld" ketik "blackberry" kemudian proses Wipe akan berjalan..

3. Restore data Setelah proses Wipe selesai dilakukan, proses restore data bisa di lakukan. Langkahnya sama dengan proses Back up, cuma kali ini pilih lah "restore".. setelah data selesai di restore , lakukan 3 langkah diatas pertama kembali (cabut battere,registrasi HRT dan send service book)
